What you need to know

August 2023
Dear Readers,
“What do I need to know to be a growth designer?” is one of the most common questions in the #discussion channel of the GrowthDesigners.co Slack community.
We also hear this A LOT: “I was doing growth design before I even had a name for it.”
This is why we started Growth Design School with fellow community leaders. Because having a name for what you do and finding your people is so. freaking. powerful.
Cohort-based learning experiences can be transformative, which is why we launched a Fall and a new Spring group program.

Registration Deadline: Sept 1... just 10 days from now!
In the meantime, we decided to share our curriculum outline so you can see what we think growth designers need to know. The curriculum is based on our first-hand experience starting growth design teams and being hiring managers. It also comes from community surveys and interviews with experts.
