How will designing for growth change in 2021?I think we are going to see a surge in interest for growing awareness in the field overall. I don’t necessarily think, right now, that all companies are equipped or even know enough to look for designers with this skill set. I do know that the public and private companies I have interacted with ARE looking more and more to design to help not only solve challenges but also are able to tell a cohesive story that reflects the actual state of our world and it’s current landscape.
